Quality control is a major requirement with any precision product company.

MBS Imaging can assist companies with the scanning of paper works orders, route cards and job sheets on a fast weekly or monthly turn around saving each company to employ additional staff or take up the valuable time of existing members of staff.

MBS Imaging arrange the of collection of the completed paper works orders, route cards or job sheets on a weekly or monthly bases for scanning.

Each document will be index with the relevant information:

Serial number.

Contract number.

Barcode number etc.. or a selection of either.

These documents are in a format of your choosing, this is usually PDF or TIFF

Once complete the scanned documents will be imported onto portable drive ready to be added to your main systems for retrieval when required.
