MBS have worked with many Schools, Collages and Universities over the years completing archived document scanning such as account files including delivery notes and purchase notes to student files.

Often these files are stored within unneeded building that are maintained purely to house these documents.

The ongoing cost for the maintenance of these buildings often far outweighs the cost to have the documents scanned, digitized and return to be stored on the sites secure servers.

Archived documents may also be stored within areas of the premises that could be used as additional teaching areas or move usable storage areas.

Once the initial back log of documents is completed a weekly, monthly or yearly pick up can be arranged to stop any future need to have large storage areas to archive documents.
