The main part of these works has been the secure data capture of Job cards, Works orders, Route cards and order acknowledgments  .

Many of our customers utilise our secure pick up, scan and return service which is completed usually turned around within three working days , allowing the electronic images to be uploaded the there systems prior to there being a need to retrieve the files.

Scanning schedules are set up to the customers requirements for example weekly, two weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually.

MBS confirm the client’s specific requirements to ensure the documents are captured and indexed accordingly prior to the commencement of work.
